Seasons West, just a short walk or bike ride south of the SUU practice field, is known for its prime location and well-designed layout. Providing high-speed fiber internet, spacious bedrooms, expansive living and kitchen areas, and ample parking, each unit comprises 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, complete with a washer and dryer.

Apartments at Seasons West are furnished with a couch, big-screen television, and all major kitchen appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. High-speed Wifi is included. Despite sharing a bathroom, each bedroom features a private vanity and sink, along with a standard twin bed and dresser for each student. The complex ensures cleanliness and safety, equipped with automatic door-locking deadbolts.

Our $55 Student Life Fee streamlines utility use, covering power, gas (for applicable units), water, sewer, garbage removal, snow removal, and high-speed internet. Paid through the online portal, this fee alleviates concerns about roommates' contributions or utility accounts.
