Seasons South, just a quick drive or bike ride from campus, offers exceptional apartment units, including high-speed fiber internet. Each unit features large bedrooms and a spacious living and kitchen area, consisting of 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a private washer and dryer in each unit.

Apartments are furnished with couches, a big-screen television, and all major kitchen appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. While sharing a bathroom, each bedroom boasts a private vanity and sink, along with a standard twin bed and dresser for each student. Seasons South is secure with automatic door-locking deadbolts.

Our $55 Student Life Fee streamlines utility use, covering power, gas (for applicable units), water, sewer, garbage removal, snow removal, and high-speed internet. Paid through the online portal, this fee eliminates concerns about roommates' contributions or utility accounts.
