Seasons East, our closest complex to campus, is conveniently situated just east of the Science buildings on 300 West, offering a quick walk to most classes. These apartments feature high-speed fiber internet, furnished living spaces with couches, a big-screen television, and all major kitchen appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. Bedrooms include a standard twin-sized bed, closet, and dresser. The complex is clean and secure, featuring automatic door-locking deadbolts.

Our Student Life Fee simplifies utility management, eliminating concerns about roommates' contributions or utility accounts. For $55 per month through the online portal, tenants enjoy services such as power, gas (for applicable units), water, sewer, garbage removal, snow removal, and high-speed internet.

On-site laundry and parking is available. At Seasons East, we expect respectful, clean, and courteous tenants to adhere to the rules outlined in our contract, fostering a high standard of living while away from home and enhancing the college experience.
