Seasons West is located just a short walk or bike ride from campus, south of the SUU practice field. This complex is popular for its location as well as its layout. Seasons West offers large bedrooms and spacious living and kitchen area with plenty of parking for all of our tenants. Each unit consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and private washer and dryer located in each unit. The complex is split into 8 upstairs and 8 downstairs apartments, so apply quickly if you have a preference to ensure you get the one you want.

Enjoy a bedroom to yourself in our private bedroom furnished with a standard twin-sized bed and dresser. While you are sharing a bathroom, there is a private vanity and sink in each of the bedrooms, along with a standard twin bed and dresser for each student. The living room is furnished with a sofa and BIG SCREEN television and the kitchen includes all major appliances. Full size washer and dryer provided in each unit.

With our Student Life Fee, you will never have to worry about fighting your roommate to pay their portion of the utilities again! Each unit will be required to make four monthly student life fee payments of $220 for utilities and internet. This fee will be billed monthly through your online portal and split evenly between you and your summer roommates. It covers your portion of electric utilities and contributes to the overall usage of our high-speed fiber internet, water, sewer, and garbage services.
