Our large shared bedrooms provide an affordable option with plenty of space for you and your roommate. The bedroom comes furnished with two standard twin-sized beds and two dressers. Each apartment includes a private washer and dryer, living room is furnished with loveseat and sofa, and kitchen includes all major appliances. High-Speed Fiber Internet is also provided.

With our Student Life Fee, you will never have to worry about fighting your roommate to pay their portion of the utilities again! This fee will be billed monthly, and it covers your portion of electric utilities and contributes to the overall usage of our high-speed fiber internet, water, sewer, and garbage services. It is also easy and convenient to pay through your online portal!

There are 4 tenants in each apartment.
