Seasons North offers a great housing location for SUU students, located just north of the Centrum. There is a laundry room available on-site located at the back of the building. The living room is furnished with a sofa and BIG SCREEN television and the kitchen includes all major appliances.

With our Student Life Fee, you will never have to worry about fighting your roommate to pay their portion of the utilities again! This fee will be billed monthly and is $55 per tenant, and it covers your portion of electric utilities and contributes to the overall usage of internet, water, sewer, garbage services, and snow plowing services. It is also easy and convenient to pay through your online portal!

There is an average of 4 tenants per unit.
