Seasons North offers a great housing location for SUU students, located just north of the Centrum. Our large shared bedroom and bathroom provide an affordable option with plenty of space for you and your roommate. The bedroom comes furnished with two standard twin-sized beds and two dressers. There is a laundry room available on-site below the office. The living room is furnished with a sofa and BIG SCREEN television and the kitchen includes all major appliances.

With our Student Life Fee, you will never have to worry about fighting your roommate to pay their portion of the utilities again! This fee will be billed monthly and is $55 per tenant, and it covers your portion of electric utilities and contributes to the overall usage of internet, water, sewer, garbage services, and snow plowing services. It is also easy and convenient to pay through your online portal!

There is an average of 4 tenants per unit.
