Seasons South is located a quick drive or a longer walk or bike ride from campus. While it may not be the closet complex to campus, it makes up for it in the apartment itself. Seasons South offers large bedrooms and spacious living and kitchen area. Each unit consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and private washer and dryer located in each unit.

Enjoy a bedroom to yourself in our private bedroom furnished with a standard twin-sized bed and dresser. While you are sharing a bathroom, there is a private vanity and sink in each of the bedrooms, along with a standard twin bed and dresser for each student. The living room is furnished with a sofa and BIG SCREEN television and the kitchen includes all major appliances. Full size washer and dryer provided in each unit.

With our Student Life Fee, you will never have to worry about fighting your roommate to pay their portion of the utilities again! This fee will be billed monthly and is $55 per tenant, and it covers your portion of electric utilities and contributes to the overall usage of internet, water, sewer, garbage services, and snow plowing services. It is also easy and convenient to pay through your online portal!
